With their support we can offer industry automation repairs services for PLC, drive, servo drive, servo motor and HMI etc.

We offer a ‘No Fix, No Fee‘ commitment on all industrial automation services. If we cannot fix your automation equipment, you will not be charged for inspection.

Warranty:

We offer 6 months warranty to our customers on all of our inspected units as well as on our repair service. With our professional inspection and repairs, we can help our clients to minimize downtime and support them in ensuring the long-term operation of their system.

Shipment:

1. Prices quoted are based on ex-work Singapore. All freight charges are exclusive.
2. Freight can be provided upon request and are chargeable.

For Local shipment exclude Jurong Island would be SGD 25/trip, Jurong Island would be SGD50/trip.
For overseas shipment will be based on the total volume of TNT/Fedex.

Service Exchange

We understand the different pains and costs that our clients may face when it comes to finding and replacing faulty parts in your facility.

Our specialty in finding obsolete and discontinued parts allows us to take in your faulty unit and replace it with a working reconditioned or new unit according to your specifications requirements at an affordable cost, saving you the hassle of repairing.

In addition to give our clients an added peace of mind, all our parts come with a comprehensive 12-month one-to-one exchange warranty.

Buy-Back Service

QC Engineering aims to become a one-stop solution for our clients, from sourcing obsolete parts to repairing parts and recycling old unused parts. Aligned with our green initiative efforts, we provide buy-back services for our clients too.

Whether you’re doing house cleaning of your inventory or have excess inventory to get rid of, you can now also sell your unused (in working condition) automation parts back to us.

Some of the parts that we can buy back include PLC, HMI, servo, motors, encoders, drives, inverters, soft starters, software and more.
